2. Digital Resources
Digital resources (PDFs, solved assignments, study notes, etc.) are immediately accessible upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital goods:
- They cannot be "returned" as physical products can
- Once accessed, the content cannot be "unseen" or "unused"
- Digital products are exempt from standard return/refund policies under consumer protection laws
- Access is granted instantly, making it impossible to prevent use after purchase

3. Physical Copies (Handwritten Assignments)
Physical copies are custom-made products prepared specifically for each order. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed:
- The production process begins immediately
- Custom content is created based on your specific requirements
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun
- No refunds are available, even if the order has not yet been shipped
Shipping Issues: If you experience delivery problems (lost package, damaged goods, incorrect address), please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue, but refunds are not provided.
4. Payment Processing via Razorpay
